DJ MARKET TALK: ICE Sugar Edges Higher; Near 20 Cents 0914 EDT [Dow Jones] - ICE October sugar is slightly higher Tuesday morning as the market continues to chop around 20 cents a pound, holding within recent trading ranges. Global sugar prices are expected to remain firm, in a range of 17 1/2 cents to 20 cents, in the next few months amid small inventories and strong demand, says Switzerland-based consultancy Kingsman S.A. If hot, dry weather persists in Brazil, sugar prices could spike to 25 cents, Kingsman says. Nearby October raw sugar is up 0.13 cent, or 0.66%, to 19.94 cents a pound.
