Russia's anti-monopoly service has approved the procurement of 73.5122% of the shares of the Kristall sugar factory in Voronezh region by United Sugar Company, a subsidiary of Prodimex Group, according to Agra-Net.
United Sugar Company will own all of the shares of the plant after the purchase.
