India may export up to 2 million metric tonnes of sugar in the new season beginning from October on an expected jump in supplies, Yatin Wadhwana, managing director of Sucden India, told a conference, according to Reuters.
Contracts have already been signed for 320,000 tonnes of exports, reported Dow Jones.
