Russia produced 1.895 million metric tonnes of refined sugar from imported raws from Jan. 1 to Sept. 1, 10.56% more than in the corresponding period last year, when 1.714 million tonnes was produced, according to Dow Jones.
During the period, Russian sugar refineries processed 1.928 million tonnes of raw sugar compared with 1.743 million tonnes a year earlier.
