Indian sugar millers have offered 1 billion litres of ethanol to state-run oil marketing companies, Apurva Chandra, according to Reuters.
The state oil firms will award ethanol contracts on Monday, Apurva Chandra, joint secretary at the oil ministry, told reporters.
