Are you having problems logging in to Sugaronline Live Prices? We are sorry.
The technology involed in the Live Prices application may take a little tweeking to get going. We are here to help - if you would like us to get a technition to call you please email us at email@example.com with you account details and phone number and we will organise it as soon as possible.
Before emailing, have you tried the following?
- Download the latest version of Java from www.java.com
- Clear your internet cache.
- Log out of the program and open Internet Explorer
Go to Tools > Internet Options > General tab
On the General tab, click the Delete Files button and also clear the cookies.
Reduce the security on your ActiveX controls:
Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Highlight the Internet icon and select Custom Level.
Go down the ActiveX options and change to Enable or Prompt, none should have Disable selected.
Once finished click OK and Agree to changes.
- Clear the DNS cache:
Start > Run > Type CMD
Now enter the following:
ipconfig /flushdns and hit return.
This should now give the message “Successfully flushed the DNS resolver cache”.
Once finished please try accessing this page again.
