1. How do I become a Sugaronline member?

It couldn’t be simpler, you just have to purchase one of our subscription packages listed on our Membership Plans page. If you are unsure or want help finding the best package to suit your needs get in touch with one of our friendly team who can help you decide.

2. What is the difference between Membership and a subscription?

Your Membership is the level of information you have access to (Pro, Exec, Trader or Trader+); your subscription is the way you pay for it (Monthly or Annually).

3. Can I upgrade or downgrade my Membership?

If you want to upgrade or downgrade your Membership package please contact us and we will do our best to find the right package for you.

4. How do I know I can trust your information?

We have been providing insights into the sugar and ethanol industry for a quarter of a century to all of the leading industry players. Our leadership team have several decades of experience in all aspects of the sugar industry.

5. What are your Cash Prices?

Our proprietary price assessments for Europe, East Africa, West Africa, South Africa and Mexico are based upon completed spot market transactions and published twice weekly on Tuesday and Friday.

Our assessment process is undertaken with a consistent and robust formal methodology which we set out here. You can download the prices published during the launch month of September here to give you a peek into what we’re up to.

6. Can I have Cash Prices without a Membership?

Sadly no. Our Cash Prices are available as an add-on to Sugaronline Pro, Exec, Trader and Trader+ members only.

7. How can I pay for my subscription?

You can pay either monthly or annually. Both require a valid credit or debit card. Just click on the Subscribe link on your chosen subscription on the Membership Plans page.

8. Can I pay by BACS?

Yes, please contact us if this is your preferred option as we are unable to process BACS payments via the website.

9. Can I share access to my Membership?

No, Sugaronline access is provided as a single user licence. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.

10. Is Corporate Membership available?

Absolutely, if your team or other colleagues would benefit from using Sugaronline information then we can provide membership access for all of them. Please contact us for further information.

11. Your Membership packages don’t match my requirements, is there a bespoke option?

Yes, we might be able to design a bespoke package to meet your needs, please contact us to discuss the options available.

12. Once I have bought a subscription can I cancel?

Should you not wish to renew your subscription at the end of any agreed term, notice of this must be given in writing on headed paper, signed and emailed to info@sugaronline.com 30 calendar days prior to the end of the current term. Scanned notices are acceptable. If you are looking to cancel during your agreed term, get in touch and so we can help resolve any problems.

13. Can I have a trial before I buy?

Yes, just contact us and we can set you up with a free no-obligation trial.

14. I used to be a Sugaronline member but I can’t log in.

We’ve had more than 100,000 members over the past 25 years and naturally some accounts have lapsed. If you haven’t used your account for a number of years then we may have removed it from our database, in which case you will have to re-join.
