DJ MARKET TALK: ICE Sugar Consolidates Lower, Pares Some Losses 1419 EST [Dow Jones] - ICE world raw sugar futures settled lower under pressure from continued liquidation amid greater-than expected supplies and lack of end-user demand after a rally to 29-year highs. May sugar settled 42 points lower, or 2%, at 19.27 cents a pound, off of the 19.06 intraday low. More consolidation is in the cards for sugar as end users await bargains and other hope for a bounce to sell into, analysts say. Liffe May white sugar settled down $5.40, or 1% at $531.70 ton.
