DJ MARKET TALK: Liffe Sugar Edges Lower In Slow Trading 1041 GMT (Dow Jones) Liffe white sugar futures trade slightly lower on light volumes of activity. Every time the market looks like it's consolidating it takes another leg lower, deterring importers from making purchases as they look for stabilization, says London-based broker. A lack of liquidity in London has caused difficulty for some market participants, says broker. May -$2.80, or 0.5%, at $525.30/ton. New York's most-active cocoa futures -$1, or 0.04%, at $2,833/ton.
