The Sugar Association of the Caribbean (SAC), which represents the sugar industry in Jamaica, Guyana, Belize and Barbados, said on May 27 that sugar production in the region reached 241,500 metric tonnes in 2025/26 and is set to grow in future years, according to a press statement.Tags: Production, 2025/26
