Sugar mills in Brazil's north-northeast region crushed 55.6 million metric tonnes of sugarcane in the 2025/26 season through March 31, down 2.1% from the same period in the previous season, with an increased focus on ethanol production, according sugarcane industry association Novabio.Tags: Corporate, Production, industry, north-northeast
