SUGAR MARKET RECAP 10/19/2023 March Sugar closed down 0.19 at 27.29. This was 0.44 up from the low and 0.12 off the high. Sugar prices were unable to find their footing until late in the day as they finished Thursday's trading session with a moderate loss. Although India's sugar export ban was extended beyond the
