Daily technical analysis of the global sugar markets from Mike McDougall, Managing Director of Paragon Global Markets.
Several items of interest: The UNICA mix number came in higher than most expected at 32.14%. Most had thought below 32 and some close to 30%. That meant more sugar produced, some 550k above last year for the fortnight at 1.514 MMT. The cumulative is 25.223 or now roughly 800K above last year or 3.30%
