All of USDA’s sugar reports in one place: a mix of monthly Sugar and Sweeteners Outlooks, import/export data and international GAIN reports. Using data collected by US Foreign Service officers working in more than 130 countries the USDA’S Global Agriculture Information Network (GAIN) reports provide timely information on the agricultural economy, products and issues in foreign countries that are likely to have an impact on United States agricultural production and trade.

Colombian raw sugar production is estimated to slightly decrease to 2.35 million metric tons (MT) in marketing year (MY) 2019/2020, with no changes in MY 2020/21. Despite this decrease, Colombian sugar production remains strong compared to the average production from past years due to favorable weather conditions and technology improvements.
