Australia’s industry isn’t being very ambitious with its election season demands while the Thai crop is dragging to an end.

The Thai crush has nearly finished up with production at the top end of analyst projections despite unseasonal rain disruptions which have hampered production and reduced sugar content. The Philippine harvest continues despite heavy rains and loss of life from another tropical storm with forecasts of a further drop in production for this season. Meanwhile
